Automation print failure
Bartender 2022 R6
I have a file drop that did print 2 labels initially but started printing 1 label and dropping the input files into the failure folder. Where do I look for the failure information?

You should be able to see some information in Administration Console>Integrations>Message History and perhaps also in History Explorer

I tried that but when I click on the Show Detail button, nothing happens. I wound up getting pointed to C:\ProgramData\Seagull\Services to get the actual text file so I could see the error. I was able to get past this issue but there a several more things I need to work through and am struggling to get support. They don't seem to be willing to connect for a screen share so it's days of email exchanges to work through problems.

Wasn't there any error details held in the History Explorer companion app records?
What are the other issues as I maybe able to help?
