Hello there,

i have the following problem. We installed the Printer locally on one local PC (not in domain) and the printer is connected throup TCP via Internet. Printing from this PC is not the problem but printing from the Web Print is not working. I can see the printer on the website but when i start to print a label from the Web Print it just says, that it was succesfull, but nothing happens on the printer side. 

Do you have an idea what can be the problem?
