Labels re-printing over all future labels when using database integration
Hi,
I've been trialling the Professional version of BarTender 2016 R2 (Version 11.0.2.3056 32-bit) in order to test database integration. The printer is a TT027-50. While I am able to successfully connect to an Excel document and import data, the printed output does not match the print preview.
The results of the previous label appear to be retained and then re-printed on all subsequent labels, making all but the first unusable. The print preview does not display this issue. Further, this issue only seems to occur when using database integrations - I have primarily tested with incremental data serialization and do not encounter this same issue despite also bulk printing.
Please see below the print preview alongside the printed output. I have made use of a blank template with a single label field. There are no other elements on this template.
Any and all troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Any reason why you are using 2016 R2 as that is no longer supported? You could download a Trial version of 2022 (currently the latest version) and see what that does.
In the meantime, I would suggest adjusting some of the File>Print>Performance options.
It could also be some corruption in the file. If you add a second identical field on the label does the same thing happen or if you delete the field and read add it does that get rid of it.

Seems to be an issue with the db integration or the bartender file, I'd suggest to try starting with a new bartender file and reconnecting to the database. Sometimes, i find that certain fields are wrongly recognized by BTDR, so in the db setup wizard with excel, I unselect auto field detection so its recognized as text. Maybe that will help.
