Hello.

I have problem with print portal. We use Zebra GX430T printers. 

Windows 10, Seagull Drivers, Bartender 2022 R7. 

Label contains pictures and true type fonts.

From time to time when ribbon ends, after ribbon replacement it print labels without picture, or sometimes rarely blank labels. 

Every time it happen I close all bartend.exe process and restart IIS web page. 

In historian preview looks good so it looks like driver issue.

This looks like a cache problem. I imagine that the printer stores images in memory. However, when changing the ribbon, something happens to this memory. That's why the next printout has missing images.

I already uncheck image caching. But still when check "manage cache" they are some cached images.

When print directly from Bartender there is no cached images, but when job started from print portal it will save to cache ignoring my settings.

Do you have any idea how to set this up so that it works flawlessly?
