BarTender error #1402
Hello,
I am having the error #1402 in my computer with BarTender activated. The error message says: "BarTender could not connect to the license server that contains the license. The license was last seen in the server 'CUMPEALM02' ...".
CUMPEALM02, is the current computer where the license was reactivated and was working normally until this message appeared when printing.
We also did a reset in the license back some days ago and the problem was solved, until yesterday.
Does someone know how to solve this problem without resetting the license eery time this error happens?

Looks like it cannot see the license hosted on CUMPEALM02 machine
Is the software working on that computer ok?
Are both computers connected to the same network?
Double check Bartender services is running on the pc found via the services app...

Also in Administration Console > Licencing, on the PC/Server that holds the licence, check that the Server Access is set to Everyone and Everywhere
