Moving License to a New Computer

However, I am receiving errors such as below:

Has anyone else had issues like this before and what was the fix? I last successfully transferred a license around this time last year and nothing has changed on our network as far as I can tell.
Version is Bartender 2019 - R3.

This is an issue that has arisen following a Windows update, hopefully this may help
