I recently replaced the motherboard of my PC and reinstalled windows 11. I am trying to reinstall Bartender 2019 but I cannot activate it because I was not able to deactivate my license prior to reinstalling windows. I attempted to contact support but they said I do not have a Maintenance Support Agreement or BarTender subscription. I own the product already and just need to deactivate my license from my previous windows installation, I don't think I should have to pay for a service plan to do that.
