Modifying the RTF text to all caps S’abonner

Forgive me if this is a duplicate post.

I have a label that has a Markup Language (RTF) text box which has a data source of a Word Processor input on a form.

This is working as I thought it should, but I would like to make all text that is entered in the word processor input box converted to uppercase.

In the sample data I can simply put \caps (to turn on caps) and \caps0 to turn off caps. but this is only in the sample data and not on the label at the time of printing.

If I use a transform, like say the "character filter" it messes up the the RTF box on the label, "Unable to parse RTF".

I am not sure if this is possible or not but you could just add a Multi-Line Text Object,  with Auto-Size enabled (even if you restrict the min/max font size) and make the text box for this the correct size for your field. This will now give you access to the Transforms>Character Filter>Covert to Uppercase option without throwing up an error #

Next link this to a text input box on your Data Entry Form and stretch this to the correct size, linking it to the field above. As long as the "Enter Key if Pressed" option in the Data Entry settings is not ticked then the users can just use the Enter button to add the second and subsequent lines of text at print time (if it is ticked it will act like a Tab and move you to the next data entry field or button.

# You can also enable the Uppercase conversion from the Validation selection at the bottom of the Data Entry Option inside the Properties of your text input box
