Issues printing to Printronix T5206r printer
Our print room are having an issue with some of their labels and I have no idea where to look on this one.
When they print a label that was working perfectly yesterday it now (from the example given to me) prints four labels with what looks like printer codes then prints a label
If they send the print again it prints perfectly.
First three labels have the following printed on them, it also looks like its cutting off at least one digit.
XECUTE ; FORM-0; 1
* 055 LOGO LOGO-0.lgo not previously defined
The fourth label has
ELETE LOGO; LOGO-0
* 071 EXECUTE/DELETE form or file LOGO-0.lgo not found in the directory
I've not been able to find what is causing this or why the first four prints means.
Any pointers in the correct direction would be very useful.

Hi Chris,
Not used Printronix units a great deal personally but it sounds like the printer maybe in some form of diagnostic routine. With a number of manufacturers units if the device is powered on with the feed button pressed then they enter this mode.
I assume you have tried rebooting the printer and/or tried sending the Generic Test label from the driver to see if similar codes are appended to the front of the file (from the driver>Printer Properties>Tools>Print>Generic Test option)?

Did this error ever get resolved, we are still having it occur when running print station to a Printronix T8000
