High Cpu With Bartender 2016 R3 ver 11.0

i running bartender integration builder on vm esxi  CPU usage is 100%. every time . why

Windows Server 2012 R2
CPU 2 Core
Ram 8 GB

  Does your question have anything to do with Integration Builder? You don't say...

  I did have a similar issue when using BTXML files to trigger jobs, and just renaming the files afterward instead of moving them out of the polling folder. Once thousands of files build up in the folder, BT can start to hammer the CPU.
