    Running into the same issue on a clean install of 2019 R9 Automation.

    Open Services on the PC and make sure the Bartender System Service  is running. I have come across this a couple of times and in each case this was the problem.

    All services are running and even tried a restart on all of them.

    I found a solution to this for myself: the software was installed with an administrator account while logged in as a standard account. Logging into the PC with the admin account I was able to do the database setup without issues.

    We have standard computer environment. All settings are similar. I have installed BT 2022 Automation to 3 computers (Win1022H2) already without problems. Clean install.

    Now one computer gives this error (same as topic) 1025. Installation still seems to proceed but NO Bartender service created at all ? So nothing to manually start :)

    Tried many times with full admins etc. Nothing helps.
