Text stretching/shrinking sometimes, not others
I'm running into a scenario where I can't figure out why certain text elements on a label print stretched out or shrunk sometimes, but print as they should on others.
I have an integration set up. I'm printing via a Print Command Script generated from my ERP. My Zebra printer is installed using the latest Seagull driver. I'm using Bartender 2021. All of the text on my template is using the Zebra Triumvirate (Cond.) font, as this most closely matches the labels produced by the current labeling system we're using, which I'm trying to migrate off of. All of the text elements are top-left anchored. The labels are 4"x6".
Here are a couple examples, the first is printed correctly, while the second is printed with certain elements stretched and/or shrunk:
I tried to search through the forums and FAQs here on the support site, but I couldn't find much other than "check drivers, etc." the usual troubleshooting steps I've already gone through.
Anyone have any quick ideas? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

We have the same issue, Bartender Designer print fine, but when print from the print portal it shrinks the size of the font.
Bartender supports ask us to update the printer driver, it works for a while but the issue start back again

Although this was with 2019, I have seen something similar to this when migrating labels from 10.1 or maybe 2016. The issue there was that there were a number of spaces after the data in some of the database fields and the ODBC that handles the link between the database and BarTender is different and so we had to strip of the characters in BarTender by setting the Transfroms>Truncation>Trim Spaces in the fields. This is kind of in reverse to what you have where effectively the bottom label is the correct one whilst the top one has the spaces, so although it may not apply here it maybe worth checking..
Have you also tried using the Auto-fit function in the text fields and so you can control the size of the field that the data will populate with is automatically shrinking if it would exceed these parameters. You would probably want to adjust the default Point size percentages such as making the Maximum 100% and I normal tweak the vertical alignment to central as I prefer the way this looks if the text shrinks dramatically

We just migrated our process to Bartender 2021 and encountered this issue as well for most of the printers. The printers are installed with the latest available driver for Zebra - 2022.1 and the templates are using native zebra font - Zebra Triumvirate since all of our printers are zebra, I also save the template using Bartender 2021 to update it in case there are new configurations on this version (because we migrated from 9.4). Our process is using a text file for the data source delimited by quote and comma and we send the exact values - no extra space after the data.
Anyone who can give us idea on this issue? Thank you.

Have you tried adjusting the Autofit as mentioned above?

My final resolution to this ended up involving where the printers were installed. BarTender and the print server where the label printers were installed were on 2 different VMs. For some reason BarTender doesn't seem to like this. I migrated all the label printer installs to the BarTender server itself and the issue went away.

Autofit will not work with us since our data is dynamic and we dont want the text to be shrunk or expanded. For the machine, Bartender and print server is on the same server. The suggestion that we got is to update the templates to use Arial font and disable the font substitution so it will be printed as is but if there's a way that we can retain the Zebra Triumvirate font, that will be very helpful.
Thank you for the inputs!

Not sure what is going on then, You could try Autofit and then set the font min and max values to 100% and see what that does or else delete the field and re-add it.
You may want to check the permissions to the printers too. I have seen it previously where some users do not have access to certain parts of the driver and that prevents BarTender from accessing the fonts section and so font substitution kicks in without you knowing it.
