How can I open the data entry table when print every label?

Hi all, anyone can help me, if I have many copies want to print, but which have the one data need to change in every label, like as the case:

Part Number         copies           Quantity 

A1                         5                      ? (DATA ENTRY)

A2                         10                    ?(DATA ENTRY)

I have import the above table in the bartender, and I have set the data entry table when print before every record, I have the different quantity in every label and want to input the quantity in every label, but it only can start once in data record, how can I set it? Many thank for your answer.

  You can change the Frequency  to "Every Copy" or "Every Record"

  Many thanks for your reply, but this method only can work in the 2016 or new version, I now using the 10.1, now I upgrade the program can use this function, tks!

  Unfortunately, BarTender 10.1 is no longer supported and we won't be able to provide you with technical advice on this issue. I would recommend upgrading your BarTender version as the solution my colleague Bruse mentioned above works on current BarTender versions. Also, there are a number of quality-of-life features and apps that we've been introducing over the years which make the change worth it. Not only that but we recommend you review Bartender's compatibility table with Windows O.S.
