    Welcome to the BarTender Community!

    Let me answer your questions in the same order they were asked:

    1. The Product Key Code does indeed determine what edition of the software we would be running. Our installers usually have access to all features BarTender has to offer and once the PKC is provided, the application locks us out or provides us access to these features, depending on the edition of the software we have entered.

    2. License issues, such as lost Product Key Codes, would need to be handled via web-form request. Please, follow this link to our Get Support page in order to access the web-form. I can see you already logged in a ticket with us in the past, and you provided us with a Support Number for a 9.4 SR1 Professional edition of BarTender, so chances are our support technicians can help you out with this.
