SQL Server (Bartender) Not on dependancy

Hi, I've recently had to recover a server which had Bartender 2019 R10 installed. It has a local DB and worked fine before the restore. Now when I try to launch any Bartender app it fails with the error 'Couldn't connect to BarTender system service'. 

I go to start the BarTender system service and get 'Error 1069: The service did not start due to logon failure'. When I check the dependencies on BarTender system service, SQL Server (BARTENDER) is missing and I can't add it. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!
  
  In order to fix this issue, we could try introducing your log on details on the service itself. Please follow these steps:
  
  

  • Open Windows Services and right-click on BarTender System Service and select Properties.

  
  

   

  • Then go to the Log On tab and select This account. Afterwards, enter your account name and password:

  
  

   

  • Finally, now that we have our log on details specified, we should be able to navigate back to the General tab, and start the BarTender System Service:

  
  
  
  Hopefully, this will do the trick and BarTender should go back to normal.
