Hi guys,

We recently changed label printers (but the labels are the same). We've tried so many tests, but cannot get the labels to print correctly. The best we get is that the text prints correctly on the labels, but then the gap doesn't land on the tear area correctly, it's either too far into the next label or still within the printed label. We are using about 5"x3.25" labels. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this setup properly?

The labels we have in bartender sometimes have different measurements, but have been able to print on the previous printer fine (it's possible that many years ago, we did have to adjust some settings as well)

We are using bartender 10.1 SR2
