    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for posting in our forums!

    What PDF printer are you using for printing these labels? If you use another PDF printer, such as Microsoft Print to PDF or our native PDF printer, does the same behavior appear as well?

    Also, what BarTender version and service release are you currently running? In case your BarTender version is outdated (you can check our latest service releases here), we would recommend upgrading your BarTender version by following the steps detailed in this article and checking if this fixed the issue.
