cannot print all data by calling API

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    If I understand the issue correctly when calling the data from the API some of the data is missing correct? Do the rows on the left have no issues?

    If some of the data is printing, then there must be some issue with the API call itself. We would suggest reviewing our article on Integration Methods and going over the API section. However, since linking documents on this forum is restricted and this issue could be due to a great number of things, I would suggest reaching our Technical Support Services and sharing all the information regarding this issue with one of our technical experts.

Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.
