Printer error - Bartender '19 to Smartdate x60 (Drivers installed) S’abonner

Hello,

We have a new Markem Imaje X60 Printer & are struggling to print labels using Bartender 2019 (windows 7).

The printer was added to the computer without issues and we made a sample label to print on Bartender. When we action the print, we are given an "error' message, which does not itself explain the problem & or offer a solution. 

We are relative novices at this, so the issue may be really obvious, any suggestions would be appreciated.

My guess it is the TCP/IP port that needs adjusting from the 9100 RAW to a different setting. See
