Web Service Integration in BarTender

Hi, I need to use the 

Web Service Integration in BarTender

but I couldn't find it in my version 10.1 that I have installed, not sure how can I get that one from the installation, please any advice will be good,

  Web Service Integrations were introduced with BarTender 2016 when the Commander application changed to Integration Builder. In order to use Web Service integrations, you would need to update your BarTender version to 2016 or higher.
  
  Also, be aware that any version of BarTender prior to 10.1 SR4 has not been tested or certified for newer OSs such as Windows 10 or Server 2016; Windows BarTender Compatibility
