Although I have been using Bartender for a number of years, this is my first attempt at database integration. 

I have successfully populated a label template from a single text file stored in a specific location, but what I am struggling with and I don't know if it is even possible is being able to populate the same template but with different text files.

Could an operator select on the entry form one of the text files from a drop down menu and then it would populate the label and then print?

I am using Bartender 10.1 SR4
