the label is sent to wrong printer name S’abonner

the print option on integration is set to printer H51A, but the output is sent to another printer J50 wrongly.

Hi Xabier

I reviewed an article you provided, but it seems it can't help. let me explain a bit more 

when I try to print an label, sometime it sent to the correct printer, sometime it sent to another printer. the reprint are just within a few seconds. do you know any reason ?

after I futher checked, it looks like the bartender switched to the test mode sometime. the printer is used wrongly in test mode. do you have any idea why it could happen ?

If you disable/stop your test integration system then that should prevent it from triggering and grabbing the file before the live system

If you open Administration Console and click on Integrations, you should see all your deployed integrations that are running and can stop any ones you want from there.
