Commander Deletes File before Printing

I'm using an old version of Bartender (8.01) and having issues with Commander. I have a label with a .csv file as the data source. Commander processes the trigger but deletes the file prior to printing. When I show "All Running Bartenders" Commander opens Bartender but I get a "can't find file" error message. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  • On the Trigger tab do you have the "Folder is scanned by multiple Commander instances" checkbox checked?
  • Have you tried changing the Detection Response from Delete to Rename? At least on rename you can increase you confidence that Commander is doing the deletion
  • Is Commander running as a service or application? Try running as an application during debugging
