Commander Task status is Stopped, used to be Waiting

 A few weeks back the Commander task was working, and the status in the Commander Task List was 'Waiting'.  Now the status is 'Stopped', and nothing prints to the printer.  How can I get the status to change to Waiting?

  Click F3 or the Start detection icon in the tool bar. Also make sure the task itself is enabled (has a check next to it)
