    It is likely that when you installed 10.0 SR4 you didn't specify the same user name and password that you did when you installed 9.4 SR3.  Go to the Windows Services console and take a look at the credentials specified for the Commander service.  You'll find this on the "Log On" tab.  You'll need to specify an account that has access to the file(s) and printer(s) you need.

    The service is set to "Local system account" which has full access to the selected path. I also tried changing it to a system administrator account but the problem remains.

     

    However I discovered that application mode works, so I will run it as application until the problem (bug?) is fixed.
