Commander Not Printing Other Than Onenote

Hi,

 

I am having trouble printing label from commander.

I can print the label from Bartender, however when i tried to print it from commander not happens.

 

I generated a text file from as400:

 

%BTW% /AF="C:\Users\n.galangjr\Documents\Carton.btw" /D="%Trigger File Name%" /PRN="FX DocuCentre-III 2007 PCL 6" /R=3 /FPD 

%END%

When i replaced "/PRN=FX DocuCentre-III 2007 PCL 6" with "/PRN=Send to OneNote 2013" it works. But when i tried the name of the printer it doesn't print.

 

I always get a "Print Wizard - Print to File" dialog.

 

 

What could be the problem?

  Maybe try going into your .btw file and making sure that "Print to File" isn't checked off in the print dialog?

  Also make sure that your printer is set to an actual port and not 'file' in Windows.

  Thank you for your reply but i it's still not working.

   

  "Print to File" is unchecked in my .btw file and my printer is also set to an actual port.

   

  I have tried using "Operating System" in the Command Type of my Task in Commander and executing:

  C:\PROGRA~2\Seagull\BARTEN~1\BarTend.exe /AF="\\fcpdata\ITServices\Carton\Carton Label.btw" /D="\\192.168.0.100\warehouse\data.old" /PRN="FX DocuCentre-III 2007 PCL 6" /R=3 /P

  and it worked. However, it seems like i'll have a hard time maintaining this and is not flexible.

   

  If you have any suggestion, please tell me.
