Zebra Zt410 Is Not Printing Required Lables Integrated With Oracle Msc

Hi All,

 

I have a show stubborn issue that delays my production setup,I have licensed Bar tender version and Zebra ZT410 to be integrated with oracle Mobile Supply chain label printing .i took the seeded labels Material.btw used export to printer template and i uploaded it to printer port.it says it's successfully loaded but it doesn't print when i print through oracle MSC no errors and no output

so when i enable the diagnostics in the printer it prints the xml file sent by the application

so what  is am missing here

help is so much appreciated
