Trouble Positioning Labels Correctly. フォローする
We have the B-SA4T-T at our office and use it to print labels. However, this week the PC we have Bartender installed on is running into problems with its hard drive starting to fail so we've installed the software on a freshly formatted PC, same specs.
The problem is with this new PC is instead of first spooling backwards to get the label into the right position to print, then print the label and then spool a little forward in order to tear it in the correct place, it just kinda spits out the label straight off, no spooling forward or backwards other than the print itself.
We've recently tried the printer again on the older PC (I can't see it lasting much longer, its taking forever to boot) and the labels print fine. We've checked and compared all settings between the two PC's and both are identical, so we've no idea what's causing this problem. Please help!

The feed/spooling thing is usually controlled by the print method. This can be set from the document properties > Stock tab (see attached image). Try different settings to see if you can match what you had before.
If otherwise, the label isn't lining up, confirm the printer is calibrated. If it's printing offset the same amount on every label, take advantage of the "Set Top Adjustment" option at the bottom of the stock tab (Refer to attached image again).
Thanks ever so much.
