Commander Not Starting After Reboot
Hi All,
Apologies if this is in the wrong section, grateful if anyone can offer any advice on the issue I'm facing detailed below -
We have Commander (v7.75) running on a Win2003 server (sp2) which is set to run as a service and set to restart automatically – however when the server is rebooted (Twice weekly at the moment) Commander does not seem start and run causing problems come start of business day.
Each time recently we have to log onto the server, start Commander(from the start menu) and clicking stop/play to get the service running again for print jobs to reach the printers.
I do realize we are a few versions behind the current version of commander, any feedback appreciated.
Thanks.
Rob

Take a look at the trouble shooting document for Commander to see if anything in there helps. Try specifying a user account for the service to login with.
