How To Tell Bartender Commander To Launch File .tl From A Specific Folder

I'm a newbie to bartender.
I have 2 types of label to use, one designed in EN and one designed in FR so it means that in the folder bartender, i have 2 folder EUROPE and US. The problem is when I start bartender commander, it always search for the labels in europe. And I don't know how to configure to tell bartender commander that you need to search in US. From my little knowledge is that when bartender commander starts, it loads the configure file *.tl, and this file is in directory EUROPE. So how can i tell the commander to look for file *.tl in the folder US?

A task list as the name suggests can have one or more tasks running in it. It sounds to me like you need to have just one task list with two tasks, which scan for different trigger files, that handle the English and French printing requirements.
