Problem With Commander, Handler Not Working

Hi

When I enable my task in the Commander and at the point where it is suppose to print: (with the log displaying...)

[BarTender Command] Command Handler: BarTender1 - C:\PROGRA~1\Seagull\BARTEN~1\BarTend.exe /AF="D:\Test\Final_Loreal_POSLabel.btw" /P /D="ABC12345.dat" /DD


Nothing happens


But if I go to command prompt and manually type this:

C:\PROGRA~1\Seagull\BARTEN~1\BarTend.exe /AF="D:\Test\Final_Loreal_POSLabel.btw" /P /D="ABC12345.dat" /DD

It prints okay. Any advice on why commander is behaving like this?

  Nevermind. Found the solution here.

  It seems the 2 services, bartender and commander, are running under a user ID. Changing this to local fixed the problem.
