Commander - Batender Processes Slow

We have 4 Tasks to managing 4 Printers.
Each task with individual handler with heap size set to 1024KB separately.
After Printing few hundred labels, found out 1 of the printer stop printing . And there is no outstanding file for Commander to process.
When I press “STOP” button it prompted below window and getting about 3 mins to process 1 print job.
