problem is that some are deleted and some not its just random the only consistant is that its with [Issued System Command] cmd /c del E:\Data\bartender\BA2BA\hpmba2ba.txt

problem is when its not deleted and they launch a new print the print job from before comes out
Any on can help Please

I think you will need to attach the Commander task list file, and an example trigger file for us to examine.
Also, give detail on the edition, version and build of BarTender, together with the version of Windows in use.0 -
Wel we have te following
Windows server 2008 SP2 standard
Bartender version 9.10
We have Infor BaaN (Erp) on this server and orcale database
When we print from our ERp we have an application Baan2Bartender it store's a file in a folder.
commander should pick this file up and then delete it
sometimes its deletes sometimes it doesnt0 -
Problem is not only its not deleting the file
but when they print an other label the previous label is coming out again0 -

BarTender 9.10 is not listed as compatible with Windows Server 2008r2, (See http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/legacy-bartender.aspx for a windows compatibility chart) so the first recommendation we could provide would be to upgrade to a version that is supported with the operating system that you're using, as we are unable to provide support with that version on that OS.0 -
Clarification:
Windows Server 2008 SP2 (Standard) is supported by BarTender v9.10, while Windows Server 2008 R2 isn't. Note the subtle difference. The fomer is the server equivalent of Windows Vista, while the latter is the server equivalent of Windows 7.
Note: This case is now being handled via direct email tech-support. I will update the forum post to provide resolution information for any readers following this case.0
