Commander Not Working フォローする


Hi Team,


We purchased the Bartender EA software version 10.1 (SR3). Commander at client is running as Application and the SLServer is running in Service option. Using the Network file option commander is not working. Basically Bartender label will be in local PC ,the commander will be in the local PC and the text file is from the Bartender server ( Text file is dropped by SAP using FTP). 


1. Trigger tab, settings are done correctly. Attached screen1

3.  After start detecting, it shows file found. attached screen3 but no file replacement and no printing happens. 

4. I tried changing to service option also no use. 



am i missing something? Please assist.

First, try Commander to run as Application mode, start task, then Detection menu > [Show All running BarTenders] to show BarTender, then drop trigger to see what happens.

Also, enable both BarTender and Commander's logging, from Administer menu > Log setup.

Usually, you can see any error or unexpected behavior.


When you run Commander as Service and scan / open network folder or print to network printer, you need to specify a login account to Commander Service, from Administer > Service Setup.

The account needs local administer rights and enough access rights to the network folder / printers.
