Font Prints Too Large

My site utilizes a template that extracts data out of SAP to print work labels. It seems that several times a week, the font on the labels will change and print too large. The current solution is to reboot Commander (sometimes multiple times) before the labels print correctly. Does anyone have any clue why this is occuring and any solutions to try?

  Hello Steve.

  I can see that this is a very old post, but at my company we have the same problem from time to time on different printers.

  Have you found a solution to this as it is very annoying.
