Duplicate Label Printing

hi all

I'm configuring a new Integration on the latest version of BT / Integrator (I preferred Commander...!)

 

Having issues with labels printing multiple times - getting error message saying 'Input Data file cannot be deleted'

 

Any tips on settings to ensure a clean read/print/delete - on some occasions it works fine, on others we are getting 3/4 duplicate labels printed

 

Not had this issue before in other installations, any advice welcome
