Error Message #3200 フォローする

I use Bartender in an unattended environment by which I print labels from another program. I have it setup to email me when various error occur, which works great. One error (Error Message #3200) is spawned when the label does not retrieve any data from the database. A sample of the body of the email is;


Date: 2012-10-23
Time: 01:26:41
Message Number: 3200
Message Type: Error
Message Category: Database
Response to Message: OK
Message Body:
No records found.


In an unattend environment where multiple people are printing different labels to different pritners at the same time, this message is not very helpful identifying the label and data that caused the error. Is there any way to add more information to this message. Specifically the name of the label that was printed and the paramaters passed to the label and/or database so that I can figure out what is causing these errors.

Are you using any of the other log options available (text or database log)? Activating any of these might increase the information received. You'll have access to this option from BarTender's "Administer>Log Setup..." option.
