Commander file detection location reverts back to previous location

We are running 10.1 SR3 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard [x64], SP1

This week we changed the location of the folder to scan within commander to another drive on the network.

The problem is that at least once a day the folder to scan location will revert back to the original location meaning nothing gets printed until we go back to Commander and change the location again. This is causing us major operational issues.

Please could you let me know what is causing this and what we can do to stop this happening.

  Since Commander's command handler is normally configured to automatically restart after a configurable amount of time (each hour by default, I believe), it would seem that it's somehow starting up with a previously saved tasklist? Just a guess
