Why would you remove "font per data source" feature when upgrading to 2019? フォローする

For over a year I've been complaining to Bartender about how they have such an innovative software but can't do such simple things like baseline shifts and superscript (unless you go into word processor of course). Now, they added that in, and they removed the option to change the font per data source... Am I just missing it or is it missing completely?? The white papers say you can now make the changes through the Font Toolbar, but it glitches out horribly and it doesn't do stuff like colors... Seriously? HELP!

The "font per data source" option still exists in BarTender 2019, but has been improved and made easier through our new on screen editing in BarTender Designer. This support article here walks you through on how to do this in BarTender 2019.

Hopefully someone has shown you how to do this, but if you have 2 data sources you can click on them on the main screen and change it like you would in say word. the different data sources can be individually clicked on and then font changed. It would be good if this was clearer. I had to hunt for this.
