BarTender Integration Service is Running but BarTender does not recognize this?

    I have the same issue on one PC only.  Tempted to try to solve it with a sledgehammer, but resisting for the time being.  Fortunately everything's working ok on another PC, so I'm using that instead.  The only difference between them is that the one that is displaying this behaviour is older and a lot slower.  At one point I got an error message about the service not starting within 100s so maybe it's just that after 100s if it's not running the software decides it has failed and doesn't bother checking again after that.  Who knows?

    @Brian.

    Your Admin Console screen does not look correct to me as there are a number of the sections not showing such as that for the Printers and the Licence. Are you running a full Automation or Enterprise version and has it been activated?

    We had this issue many years using Bartender 2019.4.    Our server ran at nearly 100% CPU at all times.  We ended up getting a second server to run some of our jobs, we have alot.  We still would get this screen.   Just yesterday, we went down, unable to print our labels.   Support said to 'patch' with 2019.10.  We did that .... and since then, our server is running at 30% CPU and printing is super fast!!!   I would def recommend you check into updating your software.

    Hello ...I am back.  The solution I posted about patching our 2019 with V10 did work for awhile.  Now the BarTender server is in the same way - entirely too slow and showing integration service is not running when it is.  Any other suggestions?  Upgrade to 2021 or 2022?

    Hi all

    We have the same problem with last version of Bartender, 2022 R6

    Different integrations are running but sometimes, Integration Service freeze and only things to do is restart service or restart the Bartender Server Virtual machine.

    I have a support ticket opened from some days and i hope in a support reply

    How common is this issue?..seems like very hard to solve. We are running latest version of 2022.R8.

    Our problem behaves so, that Samba -share access is getting freezed by Integration service. One share only doing this, which is having most of the printing. Rest are fine.

    Service restart from Windows -level only helps for this. Tried also decrease scanning rate to 2 seconds. No help. Is only solution to go back to version 10.1, which has been serving over 10 years without any issues..
