BarTender 2021 doesn't save settings on the Cloud storage pages.

After restarting BarTender Aministration Console there are no entries.

Steps:
1. Configure cloud storage.
2. Applied it.
3. Restart BarTender Aministration Console 
4. No cloud storage configured.
