Labels always show sample data and not data from CSV file

I have set up Bartender 2022 to read a file dropped into the scan folder and then print the label to the zebra label printer.  This is set up via Bartender Integration builder which monitors for the file pattern.

When I generate the CSV file, Bartender triggers a label and prints to the printer.

However I only ever see the sample data that was used when designing the label design and not the data read from the csv file dropped into the scan folder.

Is there a setting somewhere that I have left on that always shows the sample data and not the data from the file?

Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
