I was wondering if someone would be able to assist me in creating a database linked to a drop-down menu that is then linked to multiple data sources.

A few days ago, I was informed that I could link an excel file to a label. At this time, I’m hoping that I could use this information to carry out “if drop down option equals Part Number (REF) ___ then named data sources (GTIN, LOT) equal these different numbers ___   ___ corresponding to their placement within an excel file. (The numbers belonging to GTIN, LOT, REF would autofill within the label based on the REF number chosen).

There are about 567 rows of information on this excel file, with 3 columns (1 columns for each data source: GTIN, LOT, REF) of additional information.

I’m hoping that this will eliminate some of the objects on the label form, saving time and making it easier for new people to print labels.

If there is an alternative to this, please let me know.
