Unable to print from Print Portal

Hello, I am having trouble printing from BarTender Print Portal. I can print from BarTender program fine and can access the Print Portal but when I try and print from my template I get the following error message...

Print Error

The print job failed due to an error.
Print Job Aborted. The record set could not be created due to the folowing:
The file 'G:\My Drive\data.csv' could not be opened, read, or accessed. Verify that the path is correct, exists, and has the correct permissions.
Details: Access to the path 'G:\My Drive\data.csv' is denied.

This happens even on the host machine. The file is stored on Google drive and I've checked permissions are ok. 

Any ideas why Print Portal is being denied access?

  My guess would be a permissions issue with the account running the Print Portal (presumably the IIS_Webprint account) not having sufficient permissions to access the network location, or else there is no G drive mapped on the server running the Portal.
