Record picker is blank on the web browser
I am using Bartender 2022 and getting data from an Oracle database. Before this, i was linked to a JSON file, and data was visible when i connected to the bartender server using my browser. However, since changing to oracle, the data entry form on the browser states "no data available in table".
How an i sort this please?

I would go back a step and open up the label in BarTender Designer and make sure that you can see data in the table in there first as this will confirm the connection is working correctly. If it is then it could be a permissions issue. Designer uses the rights of the user logged into the PC whilst Print Portal/Station uses the rights of either the IIS_Webprint account or the account running some of the services.

We're also seeing this same issue.
Print scheduler and system services are set to a domain user which has local admin rights, database access rights and so on. If I load up the document in designer as both the domain user previously mentioned or a standard user the record picker shows correctly. If i open via print portal (librarian) or print station (non librarian) I get an empty record picker.

Try testing with a user account with Domain Access rights as it sounds like the Local Admin does not have enough permissions
