BarTender 2022 R5 license server generates email alert “Licensing Service Error 1704” after each server restart.

Email contains following message:

“Cannot start Licensing Logging Queue Service: message queue cannot be created. Your messages could be missing in case of system crash or Licensing Service restarting.”

BarTender 2022 R5 license server was installed without MS SQL Server Express and with licensing service and administration console only.

BarTender System Service Event ID (10006) is also generated during server restart:

A SQL query has failed with the following error: Query failed.
