Issue With Html Markup Language Container 关注
Hi,
We are printing to a CAB XC6.
We are having an issue with the HTML Markup Language Container.
- Dropping a new HTML block will print nothing
- Transforms with Prefixing/Suffixing with the HTML with no markup in the database field produces a Black Line
- Transforms with Prefixing/Suffixing with the HTML with markup in the database field produces a Black Rectangle
Text boxes work, Pictures, etc.
Printing direct from BT does not work either. (update)
The issue happens through Commander also.
Any ideas anyone?

You have posted this issue in Commander section. Are you printing from Commander or are you having this problem also printing from BarTender?
Are you using Seagull Printer Drivers? If yes, let me know which version
If you click on BarTender "File" menu > "Print" item > "Object Print Method" tab > and select "Use Settings for this Document Only" option, can you let me know if True Type Text are Raster Graphics or Text Output?
At first we thought it was a Commander issue. It seems to be the printer wanting to print the wrong color. If HTML text is black in preview the printer prints white text. If we change it to white in preview, the printer prints black text.
We are not sure what happened.
We are using the latest 7.3.7 drivers.

- Can you click on BarTender "Help" menu > "About" item and let us know which build number you are using?
- Which Windows version do you have?
- Please, let us know your printer model.

We will need to check your Driver Info file that you can get via your "Printer Properties" > "About" tab > "Version" button > "Save" button, (This file will be very usefull in order to understand your issue, however it contains some detailed information about your system, which I don't suggest uploading into the post, for this reason I would suggest contacting with the tech support for your region). We also will need your BarTender label file.
