Excel File - Printing 5 Barcodes On 1 Label

Hello there,

 

we are using Excel file connection and we have one column (thousands of records) and we need to print for example 5 barcodes on 1 label from this Excel file... and then another five and so on...

 

Example of our Excel file:

 

Serial number:

1002001

1002002

1002003

1002004

1002005

------------ we need these five rows on 1 label (5 barcodes on 1 label)

1002006

1002007

1002008

1002009

1002010

-----------

and so on...

 

Could you please tell me how to manage that?

  Hi Jackbob,

  Make 5 templates in a page - In Page setup > Page tab, give 5 times of current height, and in Layout tab, make it as 5 rows.

  Also from BarTender 10.1, you can enable Page template to show header and page number etc.

  Example of page template:

   

  [attachment=1016:PageTemplate1.png]

  [attachment=1017:PageTemplate2.png]

   

  Print result:
