I've had this error a few times myself when creating my database using access.  Most of the time, it was because of an invisible character also being present in the access document product code.  If you delete the entry and re-enter the information, does this solve the issue?

Could also be a join issue

I cannot re-enter the information because my access database uses distant SQL server data tables. I'm going to check out the invisible character issue (may it be a space or something ?)

    Thanks for you replies !

I also have the same problem, though I am using Excel as a data source.  I can browse using the query to the correct record, but when I print or preview, I get this error.

Generally, the error message "no records found" means just that and can't find any matching records being queried for. The most common scenario people run into if it browses correctly in the database connection setup but not at print time is the query records selection is not set correctly under the file->print dialog. Make sure it is set to all records if you are trying to query from all records on the database.
