Print Samples In Bulk From Access Databse

I currently use an Access database that has over 9000 lines.  In Bartender, we have about 60 different templates.  In the database we designate which template should be used.  What I am looking to do is take template A and print all items from the database that are set to template A and print them to a PDF file.  I don't have much experience with this software and trying to learn as I go.

  I guess you could open up template A in BarTender, assume here that it is connected to the database in question, and then run a query on the field in question based on a criteria value of  "Template A".  You'd then use a PDF printer driver to print out to a PDF file.
